UI / UX DESIGN — SCOPE OF WORK

Included Services

  • User Research (basic – based on provided info)
  • UX Flow & Wireframe (low/high fidelity)
  • UI Design (Web / App)
  • Color, Typography, Design System
  • Responsive design (Desktop / Tablet / Mobile)
  • Clickable Prototype (Figma)

Not Included

  • User testing with real users
  • Development (HTML / CSS / Code)
  • Content writing
  • Branding / Logo (unless mentioned)
  • Animation / Motion UI (unless specified)
Revisions

Max 2–3 rounds. Revision means: Color, spacing, alignment. New screens = New scope.

Responsibilities

Clear requirements before start. Timely feedback. Delay = timeline extension.

Delivery & Ownership

Figma source file. Ownership transfers only after full payment.

WEB & SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT — SOW

Included Services

  • Frontend development (as per approved UI)
  • Backend development (as defined)
  • Database integration
  • Basic security implementation
  • Browser compatibility
  • Deployment (one server / hosting)

Not Included

  • Hosting & domain cost
  • Third-party paid tools
  • Ongoing maintenance (unless contracted)
  • SEO / content writing
  • Unlimited support
Change Request Policy

Any feature not mentioned in scope: Treated as Change Request. Requires new timeline & cost approval. No change is implemented without written approval.

🚀 Milestones: Delay in approval = delay in next phase.

⚖️ Ownership: Code ownership transfers only after final payment.

⚠️ This is NOT a normal website project. This clause alone saves you from future disaster.

Core Included:

  • SaaS architecture planning
  • Core feature development (as listed)
  • Admin panel & User authentication
  • Basic scalability setup & Initial deployment

Excluded:

  • Lifetime support & Investor-ready scaling
  • Feature expansion after launch
  • Unlimited revisions
  • Legal compliance consulting
MVP Rule (Phase 1)

This project is treated as MVP (Minimum Viable Product). Anything beyond MVP = Phase 2 / New Contract.

Timeline Reality

SaaS timeline depends on: Client decision speed, Feature clarity, and Testing feedback. Estimated, not guaranteed.

Reselling / redistribution prohibited unless agreed

  • Strategy planning & Campaign setup
  • Ad creative (limited)
  • Optimization (basic)
  • Monthly performance reporting
Note: Client can stop service anytime, but no refund for running periods.
