Payment & Refund Policy

Santi IT Farm

This policy applies to all services provided by Santi IT Farm. This document is designed for international clients and is legally binding under Bangladesh law.

Payment Structure

Advance payment required (full or milestone-based).
Work will not commence until payment is confirmed.
Milestone details will be stated in the SOW.
Payment delay will automatically pause the project.

Payment Confirmation

Project officially starts only when:

✅ Payment successfully received.
✅ SOW formally approved (email/contract/platform).
❌ Payment on the way is NOT acceptable.

CRITICAL

Strict No-Refund Policy

Once a project has commenced, all payments are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE.

• Client cancels the project
• Client changes their mind
• Business loss or market fluctuations
• Client delays or fails to cooperate

💡 Time, resources, manpower, and expertise allocated are non-recoverable and billable.

4. Delay & Abandonment

Inactivity beyond 30 days means the project is abandoned. No refund. Restarting may require additional payment.

5. Partial Ownership

Partial payment ≠ partial ownership. Deliverables cannot be used or published before full payment.

6. Milestone Payments

Each milestone is due before the next phase. No refund for completed milestones.

7. Third-Party Costs

Non-refundable policy does not cover: Hosting, Domains, Paid APIs, and Ad Budgets. These are client responsibilities.

8. Chargeback & Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks will be treated as fraud. We reserve the right to revoke all deliverables and take legal action.

9. Exceptional Cases (Rare)

Refund considered ONLY if project hasnt started and no resources were allocated. This is at the sole discretion of Santi IT Farm management.

10 Final Acceptance Clause

By making any payment to Santi IT Farm, the client confirms understanding, accepts the NO REFUND terms, and waives any future claims for refund.
