Responsibility Policy
Santi IT Farm
Ensuring accountability regarding content provision, approvals, and timely feedback. This document is legally binding for all international clients.
Content & Asset Provision
The client is solely responsible for:
- Providing text, images, videos, branding assets, and documents.
- Ensuring all content is accurate and approved for use.
- Supplying content in the agreed formats and sizes.
⚠️ Delays or errors in client-provided content will directly affect project timelines. Santi IT Farm is not liable for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect content.
Approvals & Feedback
Failure to provide timely feedback (within agreed timeframes) will pause the project and automatically extend timelines. This will not be considered a fault of Santi IT Farm.
Scope Finalization
Clients must finalize requirements in the SOW. Any changes after finalization are Change Requests, subject to additional costs and timeline adjustments.

5. Compliance & Legal
Clients are responsible for providing content that complies with all applicable laws. Santi IT Farm is not liable for legal issues arising from client-provided assets.
6. Final Acceptance Clause
By engaging our services, the client waives any claim against Santi IT Farm for delays or issues caused by client non-cooperation or incorrect decisions.
