Ensuring legal clarity for all global clients. This document establishes the governing authority for all agreements and project disputes.
Governing Law
All agreements, contracts, and projects executed by Santi IT Farm shall be governed exclusively by the laws of Bangladesh.
No other country’s laws shall override this agreement, regardless of the clients location.
Standard International
Service Protocol
Jurisdiction
Any legal action shall be submitted to the courts of Bangladesh. Clients agree not to initiate lawsuits in foreign courts regarding the project or payment issues.
Dispute Resolution
All disputes will first attempt to be resolved through written communication and negotiation. If unresolved, disputes follow Bangladesh jurisdiction.
4. Client Acceptance
Governing Agree
Accepts that Bangladesh law governs all agreements without exception.
Exclusive Forum
Accepts Bangladeshi courts as the only forum for any legal dispute.
Waiver Clause
Waives any objection to Bangladesh jurisdiction based on their location.
