Ensuring full clarity regarding ownership and IP rights. This document is legally binding for all international and local collaborations.
Ownership & IP Transfer
All IP, designs, code, and deliverables remain the exclusive property of Santi IT Farm until full payment is received.
Partial payment or milestone payment does not grant partial ownership.

Client Usage Rights
Unauthorized use, publication, or distribution of work prior to full payment constitutes IP infringement and may result in legal action.
Modifications
Any changes or derivative works made by the client prior to full payment are unauthorized. We are not liable for disputes arising from such changes.
Portfolio & Marketing
Santi IT Farm reserves the right to showcase delivered work, screenshots, and results in case studies or marketing materials unless explicitly restricted in writing.

5. Exceptions
Verbal or email promises do not override this policy. Any modification must be mutually agreed upon in writing within the SOW.
6. Final Acceptance Clause
By engaging Santi IT Farm, the client acknowledges that ownership is conditional on full payment and agrees that all IP rights belong to us until then.
