Project Contributor
Rules & Policy
Santi IT Farm
Applied to all services including UI/UX, Design, Development, Marketing, and SaaS. Designed for accountability, quality, and legal clarity.
Project-Based Assignment
Contributors may be assigned to any project based on skills, expertise, and project requirements.
Each contributor is responsible for fully understanding the project scope, client requirements, deliverables, and technical details before starting work.
Projects cannot be delayed due to contributor unavailability. Once assigned, the contributor must adhere to project timelines.
Milestone-Based Work & Payment
- No advance payment is made.
- Projects are completed via 3–4 milestones, depending on complexity.
- Payment is released only after completion of the first milestone.
- Each milestone includes clearly defined deliverables, review sessions, and deadlines.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: If a contributor fails to follow rules or violates company policies, Santi IT Farm reserves the right to deduct payments proportionally for work not delivered, incomplete, or delayed.
3 Project Timeline
Each project has a fixed overall delivery date, which must be met without exception. Contributors have flexible hours, but the final deadline is absolute. Updates must be provided to the PM every 2–5 days.
4 Project Updates Structure
- Initial Deliverable (1st Milestone)
- Intermediate Updates (Refinements/Bugs)
- Final Update (Client Ready)
5. Pre-Start Understanding
Any gaps or risks must be raised before starting. Once work begins, no new scope delays will be accepted.
6. Client Interaction
No direct communication with clients. Updates and feedback are managed strictly through the Project Manager.
7. Quality & Compliance
Deliverables must meet company standards and legal compliance. Revisions outside scope require new approval.
8. Confidentiality & IP
All project work, client data, and Santi IT Farm IP are strictly confidential. Contributors cannot share, reuse, or distribute work outside the project. IP ownership remains with Santi IT Farm until milestone payment is completed.
Accountability & Delay Action
Progressive Actions:
Contributor Responsibility:
Remote work or flexible hours do not justify failure to update. Updates include progress reports, deliverables, bug fixes, and clarifications. Failure may delay milestone payments.
Payment Clawback & Protection
Company Rights:
Deduct payment proportionally to work not delivered. Recover already paid amounts if milestone deliverables are rejected.
Payment Protection:
If work is perfect but client fails to pay, Santi IT Farm will determine a fair payment release independently. Your work is protected based on quality.
Payment is conditional on: Timely completion • Update compliance • Deliverable quality
11. Remote Work Guidelines
All contributors may work remotely. Company tools and communication platforms must be used strictly as instructed. Contributors must ensure availability for milestone updates and review sessions.
12. Final Binding Clause
• Contributor accepts milestone-based workflow and fixed deadlines.
• Contributor acknowledges full responsibility for pre-start understanding.
• Contributor agrees to IP, Confidentiality, and Clawback rules.
• Contributor waives claims for delayed payment unless milestones are approved.
