Suspension Policy
Santi IT Farm
Protecting company resources against client breaches. This document is legally binding for all international and local contracts.
Right to Suspend Work
We reserve the right to suspend project work immediately if the client:
- ⚠ Fails to make agreed payment
- ⚠ Delays approvals beyond timelines
- ⚠ Violates SOW/PRD terms
- ⚠ Abusive or obstructive behavior
- ⚠ Unauthorized use of deliverables
- ⚠ Non-cooperation
Project Termination
Termination Conditions:
Repeated breach of responsibilities, non-payment after grace periods, or serious violation of IP/NDA will result in project termination.
Effect of Action
Completed work remains our property until full payment. Access to files/accounts will be revoked. Restarting requires a new agreement.
Notice Period
Written notice may be provided via email. Immediate suspension may occur without notice in cases of payment default or legal breach.
Legal Protection
Suspension or termination actions are fully protected under Bangladesh law. Client waives any claim against Santi IT Farm for halts caused by their own breach.
6. Final Acceptance
The client acknowledges our right to terminate, accepts no refunds will be issued, and agrees to comply with all project rules.
