Project Timeline &
Client Responsibility

Santi IT Farm

This document is legally binding for international clients and designed to prevent disputes regarding project timelines.

1

Project Timeline Definition

  • Defined clearly in the Scope of Work (SOW).
  • Timelines are estimates based on full cooperation.
  • Actual delivery may vary based on client feedback speed.
2

Client Responsibilities

  • ✅ Provide content & assets within agreed time.
  • ✅ Respond to queries/feedback promptly.
  • ✅ Assign a single point of contact for approvals.
  • Note: Failure to do so automatically extends the timeline.
3

Delay Due to Client

If the client delays assets, fails to respond (7-14 days), or requests scope changes:

  • Santi IT Farm is NOT responsible for missed deadlines.
  • Project timeline will be adjusted automatically.
  • Additional fees may apply for restarting work.

💡 Logic Check:

`We work with highly specialized resources. If you delay, our resources move to other scheduled projects. Bringing them back requires rescheduling, which creates extra time and cost.``

4. Project Suspension

Inactivity beyond 30 days leads to project abandonment. Work will be suspended, and restarting requires additional payment. No refund for client-caused delay.

5. Revisions & Timeline

Revisions are limited to SOW. Additional requests will:• Extend project timeline• Incur additional cost

6. External Factors

No liability for:

  • • Third-party platforms (Hosting, APIs, Plugins)
  • • Force majeure events (Natural disasters, etc.)
  • • Client-side technical issues

7. Milestone Dependency

Subsequent milestones depend on timely approval of previous phases.

Delay in approval = Automatic extension of all subsequent phases.

8

Final Acceptance Clause

`By engaging Santi IT Farm, the client acknowledges that timelines depend on their cooperation. The client waives any claim for penalties, refunds, or compensation due to client-caused delays.`
