Ensuring structured, respectful, and legally safe interactions. This document outlines the mandatory communication framework for all global clients.
Authorized Channels
Valid Methods:
❌ Unofficial channels (Personal WhatsApp, Social Media) will not be considered formal communication.
This ensures that every instruction and feedback is documented for legal clarity and project accuracy.
Single Point of Contact (SPOC)
Client must appoint one person for all approvals. We will not respond to random requests from unauthorized personnel to avoid confusion.
Response Time
Standard: 3–5 Business Days.
7–14 Days: Project PAUSE.
30+ Days: ABANDONMENT.
Professional Conduct
Communication must be respectful and free from abusive or offensive language. Santi IT Farm reserves the right to terminate the project immediately if conduct rules are violated.
Zero tolerance for verbal abuse or unprofessional behavior towards our team.
5. Feedback Rules
Feedback must be specific, actionable, and documented in writing. Verbal approvals are not final.
6. Escalation
Disputes must be escalated only through the SPOC or senior management of Santi IT Farm.
7. Acceptance
Client waives claims for delays caused by their own communication lapses or unprofessionalism.
