Our Obligation
Santi IT Farm maintains strict confidence, restricts access to authorized personnel only, and never shares data with third parties without consent.
Client Obligation
Clients must protect Santi IT Farm’s proprietary methods, templates, and strategies from disclosure to competitors or third parties.
SaaS, CRM, & HR Special Clause
Systems involving sensitive data are strictly non-shareable.
• Unauthorized access is prohibited.
• Data schemas & integrations are confidential.
4. Non-Disclosure
Any breach may result in legal action, including damages and injunctions.
5. Duration
Confidentiality remains for 5 years after project completion.
6. Exceptions
Publicly available info or legal court orders are exempt.
8. Final Acceptance Clause
By engaging Santi IT Farm, the client agrees that this NDA is mandatory for all sensitive projects and understands that violation results in legal consequences.
