This document ensures clarity regarding revisions, bug fixes, and change requests. Legally binding for all international and local projects.

Revision Window

Each project includes a fixed revision period as agreed in the SOW/PRD.

  • • Minor design adjustments
  • • Bug fixes related to work
  • • Alignment with specs
  • • Expired window = Paid Request

Scope of Free Revisions

  • Color, spacing, alignment adjustments
  • Minor layout tweaks
  • Bug fixes in delivered functionality
❌ No New Features or Redesigns included.

Change Requests

Any work outside original scope requires:

  • • Written confirmation of new modules
  • • Additional payment approval
  • • Adjusted project timeline

CLIENT REQUIREMENT LOCK

Once requirements are finalized in the PRD/SOW, any later changes areChange Requests. Additional charges apply based on complexity and time.

5. Timeline

Client delay in submitting revisions leads to timeline extensions and potential extra catch-up fees.

6. Bug Fixes

Free within the window. After the window, bugs caused by client changes will incur charges.

7. Acceptance

By engaging us, you waive claims for unlimited free revisions or unapproved scope expansion.
